The current mood of withabandon at www.imood.com

I don't keep much stuff around.. I value my portability.. but I must say, I kept every letter you ever wrote to me..

-Ani DiFranco.

I love her music guys, sorry. :P I think I'm going to download some Radiohead. I've never even heard one song by Radiohead before, but people are highly reccommending them to me so I think I will download some. So there.

Today was a halfway decent day - it was so hot at work though. All of the kids were letting off foul odors.. and noone wanted to do much of anything - I didn't mind that. I just snuck away during lunch and sat by myself in the shade by the building and let Lazy Ass and the boys play with the kids while I took a breather. It was nice, sitting in the sunshine with a cold can of pop, just ignoring the hustle and bustle of what was going on around me. I like it. I can't wait til I'm a mom and get to do that. It makes me appreciate being a mom (or responsible for so many children) a lot more. There were fifteen kids today - that's our record so far!

After work, Alex came and picked me up and we went to Millville to have something to eat. We came home, and it was raining, so we went to the barn and saddled up a horse. He's always told me that he thinks he would be good at riding and that it's easy and all this other cocky stuff, so I decided I'd let him take a spin on the stallion. I had to warm him up, and the boy was giving me a hard time, throwing his head and such (turns out his tongue was over the bit), so I got him all suited up, hopped on (With Alex telling me he thought I couldn't even really ride at all), and put him through his paces. He worked beautifully! And I showed Alex ;).

It took him five minutes to work up the courage to get on, and then it took him ten minutes to get off, and then he didn't even do it properly.. but I think I showed him that it's not so easy as he thinks.

So anyways.. that's my day :P Actually not half bad, kinda nice.. but I bet you're bored ;)

Sign my guestbook damn you all!
